Refund Policy for Live Event Sales

At Imole, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional live event experiences. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending an event you have purchased tickets for. To address these situations, we have established the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final:

  • All ticket sales for our live events are considered final and non-refundable, except as expressly outlined in this policy.

2. Credit for Future Events:

  • In the event that you are unable to attend a live event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, family emergency, or other valid reasons), Imole may, at its discretion, issue a credit for the full purchase price of the ticket(s).
  • The credit will be applied to your account and can be used towards the purchase of tickets for a future Imole event.

3. Requesting a Credit:

  • To request a credit for a future event, you must contact our customer support team at support at imole dot art as soon as possible, but no later than 7 business days before the scheduled event date.
  • You will need to provide proof or documentation of the circumstances preventing your attendance, such as a medical certificate or other relevant evidence.

4. Credit Validity:

  • The credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original ticket purchaser.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • In the event that Imole cancels or reschedules a live event for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
  • We will make every effort to notify ticket holders promptly in case of event cancellation or significant rescheduling.

6. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not attend the event and do not request a credit within the specified timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

7. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Imole reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this refund policy.
